The Jim Bakker Show

The current set up is made by design to keep you from customer service, so they do not have to be accountable. This happened to me when I ordered the 2 seychelle cups and had not received in months.

I have wasted too much money on this ministry. The pain patches were a joke and certainly not worth their $150 price tag. Once again I donated to Ukraine through their ministry. Since I couldn't reach customer service, I called directly to morningside.

I spoke with a lady from partner services asking about the cups and to make some complaints.I asked if my donation to Ukraine went to Ukraine. I asked if they could prove it because there is a law that any person can look into where your money is going, but they couldn't provide it . I told that lady that I believe that there are some shady things going on in their ministry. Surprisingly, she stopped and said to me, "BELIEVE ME, I KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT THIS, AND THEN SAID SHE COULD NOT SAY ANYMORE." She sent me to accounting and I left a message and no one ever called me back.

The only reason I even watch his show is because of the guests. Another thing is that Jim is rude to Lori. When she talks he completely interrupts her and dismisses anything she wants to add. I have noticed he is now doing this with sweet Maricela and even Mondo.

Why call it the JIM BAKKER FAMILY SHOW if no one else gets to talk. I am sick of his advertising and using fear to get people to by it. He is trying to sell buckets that are not even made yet. He sells with lack of supply and keeps it impossible to reach customer service.

I have watched his show for 4 years now. For a long time I wanted to believe that he was doing the right thing, but after what has happened , I guess my gut feeling was right.

So sorry to rip on a ministry, but had to see the writing on the wall. I am very disappointed in him.

I ordered the pain patches on November 17, 2021. I asked when should I except them, the person taking the order had zero information on this subject.

I never received a confirmation number, order number or a tracking number. The only sign that I had purchased anything was a bill from the Jim Baker Show for $255.00. I tried to contact the customer service and it had an invalid phone number and a charge of I called customer service and they had absolutely no information on delivery and told me to call back in a week due to high volume in sales. So I did call back and I got a recording saying that they were closed to help with the orders.

I called back the week before Christmas and the recording said that the offices were closed in observation of Christmas. Well, you could imagine my anger! How can anybody run a business like this? Was it a scam?

What's with the lack of communication? $255.00 and nothing to show for it but a charge on my credit card! I purchased this very expensive product with so much hope in my heart now I just feel angry at the lack of communication and hope that my husband who suffers daily with extream pain maybe, just maybe might get some relief. The funny thing is I felt more confident purchasing something from a Christian company, l guess I was wrong.

So much for Jim Baker word and the way he runs his company, at the very least they should have sent out an email stating why the hold up. The lack of respect for your customers (who are probably holding on desperately waiting for the patches to arrive for some pain relief) is obnoxious. It sounds like Jim Baker is more interested in taking in money than he is about his loyal followers.

Well, that's it for me, I'm out. God bless you Jim Baker possibly it's time to reset your priorities, I understand that this is probably not your fault personally, but it's your name on the bill.
